Goodbye Italy
It is time to leave lovely Italy and return to my other life. It’s time to say goodbye to Ponte a Serraglio and Casa Debbio for a couple of months.

A year of travel
2015 has been a busy year for travel. I went twice to Italy with side trips to Barcelona, Stockholm and Helsinki. I also travelled within Italy, visiting Padova, Arezzo, Cortona and many other lovely places. I can’t wait to do it all again next year.

September at Casa Debbio
I am back at Casa Debbio. Filippo has done an amazing job keeping the garden alive through one of the hottest summers Italy has experienced for years. Temperatures were close to 40 degrees for weeks on end. There has been little rain and Filippo has been up every second day early in the morning to water the plants. The ones planted last year have done well and the newly planted things have survived.
